BORN: July 15, 1998
Noah Gragson, the 22-year-old from Las Vegas, NV has quickly found himself as one of the brightest young talents in NASCAR. In just his second full-time season, Noah finished second in the NASCAR Gander Outdoor Truck Series driver championship.
An alumni of the NASCAR Next class, which recognizes the future star drivers in the sport, Noah has since made a name for himself off the track as well with his outgoing personality, media involvement and positive nature.
Noah’s racing career started at the age of 13, behind the wheel of a Bandolero where his obsession with racing began. Soon after, Noah joined the INEX Legends Car Racing Series and won the 2014 Young Lion Road Course Championship at the age of 15. Learning the ropes in the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Noah quickly made the next step to late model racecars at local Vegas short tracks where his natural racing talents were soon noticed.
2018: In his second full-time season in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series, Noah finished second in the championship point standings with a series leading six poles and a win at Kansas Speedway. Noah made his NASCAR XFINITY Series debut with Joe Gibbs Racing in the No. 18 Toyota Camry. In his three scheduled XFINITY races, Noah’s average finish was 4.3 where he finished second at Richmond Raceway, fourth at Talladega Superspeedway and seventh at Dover International Speedway. Most recently, after being named the NGOTS Most Popular Driver, Noah won the 51st annual Snowball Derby in Pensacola, Florida. The Snowball Derby features the most talented asphalt short track racers in the country.
2019: Noah’s continued success in 2018 has positioned him for the next chapter in his racing career moving up to the NASCAR XFINITY Series, driving full-time for JR Motorsports which is one of the top performing teams in the series. Finishing out the end of the season, Noah’s No. 9 Switch Chevy Camaro team racked up a 25 top-10 finishes, 11 top-5’s, while also coming home 8th in the end of the year point standings.
2020: Noah Gragson and his No.9 JR Motorsports team kicked off the season in the NASCAR Xfinity Series by winning at Daytona International Speedway and Bristol Motor Speedway. The team finished out the year with 2 wins, 17 top 5's, and 25 top 10's.
2021: Noah Gragson will return to the No.9 JR Motorsports Chevrolet to compete for the championship in NASCAR Xfinity Series. He is excited to be partnered with Bass Pro Shops, True Timber, Black Rifle Coffee Company and Superior Essex for all 33 races.
